Anotace, referát	Deriváty mají obecný vzorec I, v němž R.sup.3.n. je C.sub.6.n.-C.sub.12.n. heteroaryl se dvěma kondenzovanými kruhy a 1 až 3 heteroatomy ze skupiny zahrnující N, O a S, nebo fenyl substituovaný F, Cl, Br, CF.sub.3.n., CN, NO.sub.2.n. nebo OCHF.sub.2.n., a ostatní symboly mají specifický význam. Při způsobu jejich výroby se a) sloučenina obecného vzorce II, kondenzuje se sloučeninou obecného vzorce III nebo se sloučeninou obecného vzorce IV, nebo se b) epoxid obecného vzorce V kondenzuje se sloučeninou obecného vzorce R.sup.3.n.-OH za vzniku derivátu obecného vzorce I', nebo se c) derivát obecného vzorce I uvede v reakci s acylhalogenidem. Farmaceutický prostředek jako účinnou látku obsahuje alespoň jeden derivát nebo jeho sůl. Použití derivátů pro výrobu farmaceutického prostředku a chemosenzibilátoru, jakož i léčiva proti drogové závislosti a malárii. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention there are disclosed derivatives of the general formula I, in which Re3 represents heteroaryl containing 6 to 12 carbon atoms with two condensed rings and 1 to 3 hetero atoms being selected from a group comprising nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, or phenyl substituted with fluorine, chlorine, bromine, CFi3, CN, NOi2 or OCHFi2, and other symbols have specific meaning. The preparation process of the above described derivatives is characterized by (a) condensing the compound of the general formula II with the compound of the general formula III or with the compound of the general formula IV, or by (b) condensing epoxide of the general formula V with the compound of the general formula Re3-OH under formation of a derivative of the general formula I', or by (c) bringing the derivative of the general formula I into reaction with acyl halide. The pharmaceutical preparation forming also a part of the solution contains as an active substance at least derivative or salt thereof. In the present invention there are also claimed the use of the above derivatives for preparing the pharmaceutical preparation and chemosensitizers, as well as medicaments against addiction or malaria. eng
