Anotace, referát	Derivát alkylbenzoylguanidinu obecného vzorce I, kde znamená R.sup.1 .n.A nebo Hal, R.sup.2 .n.atom vodíku, R.sup.3.n. skupinu -SO.sub.n.n.-R.sup.6.n., R.sup.6.n. A, Alk C.sub.1-8.n.alkyl s přímým nebo s rozvětveným řetězcem nebo C.sub.3-8.n.cykloalkyl, A C.sub.1-6.n.alkyl, Hal F, Cl, Br nebo J, n 1 nebo 2, a jeho fyziologicky přijatelné soli mají antiarytmické vlastnosti a působí jako inhibitor celulárního Na.sup.+.n./H.sup.+.n. antiporteru a jsou vhodné pro výrobu farmaceutických prostředků k ošetřování a k prevenci arytmií, anginy pectoris a infarktu. Dále je popsán způsob jeho přípravy reakcí sloučenin obecného vzorce II, kde symboly R.sup.1.n., R.sup.2.n., R.sup.3.n., Alk mají shora uvedený význam a Q znamená např. atom chloru, s guanidinem, jeho použití pro výrobu farmaceutického prostředku a farmaceutický prostředek s jeho obsahem. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention there is disclosed an alkylbenzoylguanidine derivative of the general formula I, in which Re1 represents A or Hal, Re2 represents a hydrogen atom, Re3 represents the group -SOin-Re6, Re6 represents A, Alk, alkyl containing 1 to 8 carbon atoms with either straight or branched chain or cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, and alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Hal fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine, n is 1 or 2, and physiologically acceptable salts thereof. The invented derivative and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts exhibit antiarrhythmic properties and act as inhibitor of cellular Nae+/He+ antiporter and therefore they are suitable for preparing pharmaceutical preparations intended for treating and prevention of arrhythmia, angina pectoris and myocardial infarct. In the present invention there is further described a process for preparing the invented derivative by reacting the compounds of the general formula II, wherein the symbols Re1, Re2, Re3, Alk are as specified above and Q represents for instance a chlorine atom, with guanidine, further use thereof for preparing a pharmaceutical preparations as well as pharmaceutical preparation in which the derivative is comprised. eng
