Anotace, referát	In the present invention there is disclosed the use of aromatic carboxylic acid derivatives of the general formula I, in which Re1 represents the radical of the general formula a or b; Re2 represents alkanoyl having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, alkyl containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2 to 8 carbon atoms, alkynyl containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms or -OCHi2Re3; Re3 represents hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms or alkynyl having 2 to 6 carbon atoms; Re4 to Re9 represents each independently on each other hydrogen H or alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms; or Re8 and Re9 together represent (CReaReb)in, in which Rea and Reb represents each hydrogen H or alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, n is 1, 2 or 3 and Re4 to Re7 are as specified above; or Re8 and Re9 together are (CReaReb)in, and Re4 and Re6 are together an optionally hydroxy substituted methylene or ethylene and Rea and Reb, Re5, Re7 and n are as specified above; and Re10 represents carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkoxyl moiety or mono- or dialkylcarbamoyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety; whereby dashed line in the radical formula represents a facultative bond. The present invention relates also to use of pharmaceutically acceptable salts of carboxylic acids of the general formula I for preparing pharmaceutical preparations intended for treating and prophylaxis of skin lesion caused by light or age, as well as for enhancement of wound healing. The above-indicated derivatives, in which Re2 represents alkanoyl containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms or in which Re2 represents -OCHi2Re3 and Re3 represents alkenyl having 2 to 8 carbon atoms or alkynyl with 2 to 8 carbon atoms form part of the present invention, too. eng
Anotace, referát	Použití derivátů aromatických karboxylových kyselin vzorce I, kde R.sup.1.n. je zbytek vzorce a nebo b; R.sup.2.n. je alkanoyl se 2 až 8 C, alkyl se 2 až 8 C, alkenyl se 2 až 8 C, alkinyl se 2 až 8 C nebo -OCH.sub.2.n.R.sup.3.n.; R.sup.3.n. je H, alkyl s 1 až 6 C, alkenyl se 2 až 6 C nebo alkinyl se 2 až 6 C; R.sup.4.n. až R.sup.9 .n.nezávisle je vždy H nebo alkyl s 1 až 5 C; nebo R.sup.8.n. a R.sup.9 .n.jsou dohromady (CR.sup.a.n.R.sup.b.n.).sub.n.n., kde R.sup.a.n. a R.sup.b.n. je vždy H nebo alkyl s 1 až 5 C, n je 1, 2 nebo 3 a R.sup.4.n. až R.sup.7.n. mají výše uvedený význam; nebo R.sup.8.n. a R.sup.9.n. jsou dohromady (CR.sup.a.n.R.sup.b.n.).sub.n.n., a R.sup.4.n. a R.sup.6.n. jsou dohromady popřípadě hydroxysubstituovaný methylen nebo ethylen a R.sup.a.n. a R.sup.b.n., R.sup.5.n., R.sup.7.n. a n mají výše uvedený význam; a R.sup.10.n. je karboxy, alkoxykarbonyl s 1 až 6 C v alkoxylu nebo mono- nebo dialkylkarbamoyl s 1 až 6 C v každém z alkylů; přičemž přerušovanou čarou je ve zbytku a znázorněna fakultativní vazba; a farmaceuticky vhodných solí karboxylových kyselin obecného vzorce I pro výrobu farmaceutických přípravků pro léčbu a profylaxi poškození kůže způsobené světlem nebo stářím, jakož i pro zlepšení hojení ran. Deriváty uvedené výše, kde R.sup.2.n. je alkanoyl se 2 až 8 C nebo kde R.sup.2.n. je -OCH.sub.2.n.R.sup.3.n. a R.sup.3.n. je alkenyl se 2 až 8 C nebo alkinyl se 2 až 8 C. cze
