Anotace, referát	Deriváty tetrahydronaftalenu nebo indanu vzorce I, kde čárkovaná vazba je popřípadě přítomná; přičemž je-li čárkovaná vazba přítomná, je R.sup.1.n. nižší alkyl a R.sup.2.n. je halogen, nebo R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.2.n. společně tvoří s uhlíkovými atomy, ke kterým jsou připojeny, 5 až 8členný karbocyklický kruh nebo 5 až 8členný heterocyklický kruh, obsahující jeden atom síry, kyslíku nebo dusíku, přičemž, je-li uvedený kruh aromatický, čárkovaná vazba je částí mesomerního systému; nebo, není-li čárkovaná vazba přítomna, tvoří R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.2.n. společně methylen, za vzniku cyklopropylového kruhu, na němž je konfigurace cis; R.sup.3.n. je hydroxy nebo nižší alkoxy; R.sup.4.n., R.sup.5.n., R.sup.6.n. a R.sup.7.n. jsou, nezávisle, vodík nebo nižší alkyl; X je (>CR.sup.8.n.R.sup.9.n.).sub.n.n. a n je 1, 2 nebo 3; R.sup.8.n. a R.sup.9.n. jsou, nezávisle, vodík nebo nižší alkyl; R.sup.10.n. je vodík, nižší alkyl nebo nižší alkoxy; přičemž přívlastkem nižší jsou označeny skupiny obsahující 1 až 4 atomy uhlíku; a farmaceuticky přijatelné soli karboxylových kyselin vzorce I, jakož i optické izomery všech výše uvedených sloučenin. Anotace, referát	In the present invention there are disclosed tetrahydronaphthalene or indane derivatives of the general formula I in which the bond indicated by a dotted line can be optionally present, whereby when said bond is present then Re1 represents a lower alkyl and Re2 represents a halogen or Re1 and Re2 form together with carbon atoms to which they are attached a 5- through 8-membered carbocyclic ring or a 5- to 8-membered heterocyclic ring containing one sulfur, oxygen or nitrogen atom, whereby if said ring is aromatic the dotted bond is a part of a mesomeric system, or if the dotted bond is absent Re1 and Re2 form together methylene under formation of a cyclopropyl ring with cis configuration thereon, Re3 represents hydroxy or a lower alkoxy, Re4, Re5, Re6 and Re7 represent independently on each other hydrogen or a lower alkyl, X represents (CRe8Re9(in and n is 1, 2 or 3, Re8 and Re9 represents independently on each other hydrogen or a lower alkyl, Re10 represents hydrogen, a lower alkyl or a lower alkoxy, whereby the lower attribute indicates groups containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of carboxylic acids of the general formula I as well as optical isomers of all the above indicated compounds. In the present invention there are also claimed pharmaceutical preparations intended particularly for treating acne, psoriasis or leukemia and containing the derivatives of the general formula I, further compounds of the general formula II in which A represents formyl, triarylphosphonium or di(lower alkoxy)phosphinyl and Re1, Re2, Re4, Re5, Re6, Re7 and Re10 and the lower attribute are as defined above, as intermediates for preparation of the derivatives of the general formula I. eng
