Anotace, referátIn the present invention there are disclosed N-Acyl-2-arylcycloalkylmethylamine derivatives of the general formulae I and II, in which X represents a halogen, hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or ORi5 wherein Ri5 denotes hydrogen, perfluoroalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, fluoroalkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, perdeuteroalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyl containing 1 to 20 carbon atoms, alkylcycloalkyl containing 4 to 20 carbon atoms, cyanoalkyl containing 2 to 20 carbon atoms, carboalkoxyalkyl containing 3 to 22 carbon atoms, alkenyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, alkynyl containing 3 to 20 carbon atoms, aralkyl containing 9 to 20 carbon atoms, arylalkenyl having 9 to 20 carbon atoms, arylalkynyl containing 9 to 20 carbon atoms, hydroxyalkyl with 2 to 20 carbon atoms, aryloxyalkyl containing 8 to 20 carbon atoms, pyridylalkyl having 7 to 20 carbon atoms or pyrrolylalkyl containing 6 to 20 carbon atoms; Y represents hydrogen H or halogen; Z denotes hydrogen, halogen, cyano, aryl, aralkyl containing 7 to 20 carbon atoms, arylalkynyl containing 8 to 20 carbon atoms or alkylamido with 2 to 20 carbon atoms; R, in both cases, is hydrogen, halogen, or alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms; G represents a divalent methylene, ethylene, or alkyl methylene moiety containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Ri1 denotes hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or benzyl and Ri2 represents alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkenyl containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxyalkyl containing 2 to 4 carbon atoms, trifluoromethylalkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkylthioalkyl having 2 to 8 carbon atoms or NRi3Ri4, wherein Ri3 and Ri4 are independently selected from hydrogen and alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, but Ri3 and Ri4 cannot both... eng
Anotace, referátN-Acyl-2-arylcykloalkylmethylaminové deriváty obecného vzorce I a II, kde X je halogen, H, alkyl s 1 až 4 C nebo OR.sub.5.n., kde R.sub.5.n. je H, perfluoralkyl s 1 až 4 C, fluoralkyl s 1 až 4 C, perdeuteroalkyl s 1 až 4 C, alkyl s 1 až 20 C, alkylcykloalkyl se 4 až 20 C, kyanoalkyl se 2 až 20 C, alkoxykarbonylalkyl se 3 až 22 C, alkenyl se 3 až 20 C, alkinyl se 3 až 20 C, aralkyl s 9 až 20 C, arylalkenyl s 9 až 20 C, arylalkinyl s 9 až 20 C, hydroxyalkyl se 2 až 20 C, aryloxyalkyl s 8 až 20 C, pyridylalkyl se 7 až 20 C nebo pyrrolylalkyl se 6 až 20 C; Y je H nebo halogen; Z je H, halogen, kyano, aryl, aralkyl se 7 až 20 C, arylalkinyl s 8 až 20 C nebo alkylamido se 2 až 20 C; R je při obou svých výskytech stejný substituent zvolený z H, halogenu nebo alkylu s 1 až 4 C; G je dvojmocný methylenový, ethylenový nebo alkylmethylenový zbytek s 1 až 4 C; R.sub.1.n. je H, alkyl s 1 až 4 C nebo benzyl a R.sub.2.n. je alkyl s 1 až 6 C, alkenyl se 2 až 6 C, cykloalkyl se 3 až 6 C, alkoxyalkyl se 2 až 4 C, trifluormethylalkyl s 1 až 4 C, alkylthioalkyl se 2 až 8 C nebo NR.sub.3.n.R.sub.4.n., kde R.sub.3.n. a R.sub.4.n. je každý nezávisle H nebo alkyl s 1 až 4 C, přičemž však R.sub.3.n. a R.sub.4.n. zároveň nepředstavují H.
