Anotace, referát	Disclosed is a brush or a toothbrush with a head in which tufts (58) of bristles (56) held in a corresponding hole (52) by a staple (50) are inserted wherein said staple (50) length (L) is greater then the diameter of the hole (52) and the staple (50) is pushed into the hole (52). The head is made of a flowable material such as plastic and the (58) of bristles (56) are strongly held between at least lateral sides (51) of the staple (50) and portions of the surface of a wall of the corresponding hole (52). The staple (50) has a plurality of grooves (54) in at least one side (51) and the grooves (54) in the staple (50) are transverse to the longitudinal axis of the bristle (56) tufts (58), wherein the grooves (54) are at least partially filled up with flowable material of the head being deformed by cold flowing in response to driving the staple (50) into the hole (52), whereby the flowable material of the head causes deflection of the bristles (56) of the bristle (56) tufts (58) into the grooves (54) forming thus anchoring of the bristle (56) tufts (58) therein. A method of securely anchoring bristles (56) to brushes comprises the steps of: providing a brush, having a head made from a flowable material, wherein said head has a plurality of tuft holes (52) therein; driving multi-sided staples (50), each said staple (50) having a plurality of grooves (54) on at least one side, into said tuft holes (52), to anchor at least one bristle (56) in each said tuft hole (52), wherein said staples (50) are of a length larger than the diameter of said tuft hole (52) such that said staples (50) are driven into the material of the head surrounding said tuft holes (52) and wherein said staples (50) are oriented such that their grooves (54) are transverse to the longitudinal axis of the bristle(s)... eng
Anotace, referát	Kartáč nebo kartáček s hlavou, do které jsou vloženy svazky (58) štětin (56), držené v odpovídající díře (52) příchytkou (50), mající délku (L) větší, než je průměr díry (52), a zatlačenou do díry (52). Hlava je vytvořena z materiálu způsobilého tečení za studena, např. plastu, a svazky (58) štětin (56) jsou pevně drženy mezi alespoň bočními stranami (51) příchytky (50) a částmi povrchu stěny odpovídající díry (52). Příchytka (50) je opatřená na alespoň jedné z jejích bočních stran (51) drážkami (54), příčnými k ose svazků (58) štětin (56), přičemž drážky (54) jsou alespoň zčásti vyplněny přetečeným materiálem hlavy, deformované tečením za studena v odezvě na zatlačení příchytky (50) do díry (52), přičemž přetečeným materiálem hlavy jsou štětiny (56) svazků (58) štětin (56) vyhnuty do drážek (54) a jsou zde tímto vyhnutím ukotveny. Při způsobu kotvení štětin (56) se záběrem podélných konců (57) příchytky (50) do materiálu hlavy vyvolá tečení materiálu hlavy za studena a materiál hlavy s postupným zatlačováním příchytky (50) přetéká do prostorů vymezovaných drážkami (54), kam zahýbá štětiny (56), čímž je dosaženo jejich ukotvení sevřením v díře (52) mezi příchytkou (50) a materiálem hlavy. Dále je navržen kotevní profilový materiál (20, 30) pro použití při výrobě příchytek (50), jakož i použití tohoto profilového materiálu (20, 30) a způsobu kotvení štětin (56) pro výrobu zubního kartáčku. cze
