Anotace, referát	Deriváty indazolu vzorce I, kde R je alkyl s 1 až 6 atomy uhlíku, -(CH.sub.2.n.).sub.n.n.-cykloalkyl se 3 až 7 C v cykloalkylu, kde n je 0 až 2, nebo aryl se 6 až 10 C, přičemž tento aryl je popřípadě substituován 1 až 3 substituenty nezávisle zvolenými z halogenu, OH, alkylu s 1 až 5 C, alkenylu se 2 až 5 C, alkoxylu s 1 až 5 C, trifluormethylu, nitro, skupiny CO.sub.2.n.R.sub.9.n., C(O)NR.sub.9.n.R.sub.10.n., NR.sub.9.n.R.sub.10.n. a SO.sub.2.n.NR.sub.9.n.R.sub.10.n.; R.sub.1.n. je alkyl s 1 až 4 C; R.sub.2.n. je skupina vzorce i R.sub.4.n. je H; R.sub.5.n. je R.sub.9.n., OR.sub.9.n., CH.sub.2.n.OR.sub.9.n., CN, C(O)R.sub.9.n., CO.sub.2.n.R.sub.9.n., C(O)NR.sub.9.n.R.sub.10.n. nebo NR.sub.9.n.R.sub.10.n.; nebo R.sub.4.n. a R.sub.5.n., brány dohromady, představují =O; a R.sub.9.n. a R.sub.10.n. je každý nezávisle H nebo alkyl s 1 až 4 C; a jejich farmaceuticky vhodné soli. Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there are disclosed indazole derivatives of the general formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein: R represents alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, -(CHi2)in-cycloalkyl containing 3 to 7 carbon atoms in the cycloalkyl moiety, wherein n is 0 to 2, or aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, whereby said aryl may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, OH, alkyl containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, alkenyl having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, alkoxyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, a nitro group, the group COi2Ri9, C(O)NRi9Ri10, NRi9Ri10 and SOi2NRi9Ri10; Ri1 represents alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Ri2 denotes the group of the general formula i, Ri4 represents hydrogen; Ri5 denotes Ri9, ORi9, CHi2ORi9, CN, C(O)Ri9, COi2Ri9, C(O)NRi9Ri10 or NRi9Ri10; or Ri4 and Ri5 taken together represent =O; and Ri9 and Ri10 represent independently on each other hydrogen or alkyl with 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Claimed is also the use of the derivatives of the general formula I for preparing medicaments intended for treating diseases with indication of phosphodiesterase (PDE) type IV inhibition or inhibition of the production of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in a mammal.
