Anotace, referát	Předmětem řešení je farmaceutický prostředek pro snížení krevního tlaku a léčení městnavého srdečního selhání, který obsahuje kombinaci dvou terapeutických činidel vybraných ze skupiny zahrnující: (a) inhibitor enzymu konvertujícího angiotensin I; a (b) antagonist angiotensinu II, přičemž samotná dávka (a) a samotná dávka (b) nejsou dostatečné pro dosažení tohoto terapeutického účinku a kombinovaný účinek dávek těchto terapeutických činidel je větší než je součet terapeutických účinků dosažený pomocí dávek jednotlivých terapeutických činidel, a dále obsahuje farmaceuticky přijatelné ředidlo nebo farmaceuticky přijatelnou nosičovou látku. Dále je předmětem řešení kit obsahující první farmaceutický prostředek spolu s druhým farmaceutickým prostředkem, které obsahují výše uvedené látky, pro současnou nebo následnou aplikaci k dosažení synergického terapeutického účinku. cze
Anotace, referát	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation intended for reducing hypertension and treating congestive heart failure. The preparation comprises a combination of two therapeutic agents being selected from the group consisting of: (a) angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibitor I; and (b) angiotensin II antagonist, whereby the dosage (a) alone and the unit dosage (b) alone are insufficient for achieving the desired therapeutic effect and the combined dosage effect of these therapeutic agents is greater if compared with the sum of the therapeutic effects achieved by dosages of the individual therapeutic agents, and it further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier substance. The invention also relates to a kit containing a fist pharmaceutical preparation along with a second pharmaceutical preparation, which preparations contain the above-indicated substances, for simultaneous or subsequent application to achieve a synergistic therapeutic effect. eng
