Anotace, referát	In a pavement (1) there is performed a groove (2) being at least 10 mm wide and at least 50 mm deep. The ground plan of the groove corresponds to an induction loop form. The dimensions of the groove are adjusted so as to enable surrounding of a conductor (4) of the induction loop with a filling material (3). Subsequently the groove (2) is cleaned and dried up. A conductor (4) is then put into the groove (2) and the groove (2) with the conductor (4) is filled up with filling material (3) based on polymeric concrete that is adhesive to the pavement (1) material. The filling material (3) is prepared from a mixture based on epoxy, epoxy acrylate, polyurethane-epoxy or epoxy-tar compositions that are curable by hardening agents or a mixture of hardening agents and filled with inorganic fillers. The filling material (3) can consists of one or several layers, whereby the first layer (5) is prepared from a mixture based on the same compositions as the next layer (6), but with another type or another amount of the inorganic filler, optionally from a mixture based on different compositions as the next layer (6) and with another type or another amount of the inorganic filler. A portion of the filling material (3) can be put into the groove (2) prior placement the conductor (4) therein and the conductor (4) can be pressed in the filling material, or it can be let to harden, put the conductor (4) and subsequently to fill up the groove (2) along with the conductor (4) with the filling material (3). eng
Anotace, referát	V krytu (1) vozovky se vytvoří drážka (2) široká minimálně 10 mm a hluboká minimálně 50 mm, jejíž půdorys odpovídá tvaru indukční smyčky. Její rozměry jsou upraveny pro obklopení vodiče (4) indukční smyčky výplňovou hmotou (3). Poté se drážka (2) vyčistí a vysuší. Dále se vloží do ní vodič (4) a drážka (2) s vodičem (4) se zaplní výplňovou hmotou (3) na bázi polymerbetonu, přilnavou k materiálu krytu (1) vozovky. Výplňová hmota (3) se připraví ze směsí na bázi epoxidových, epoxiakrylátových, polyuretan-epoxidových nebo epoxidehtových kompozic, tvrzených tvrdidly nebo směsí tvrdidel a plněných anorganickými plnivy. Výplňová hmota (3) může sestávat z jedné nebo více vrstev, přičemž první vrstva (5) se připraví ze směsi na bázi stejných kompozic jako další vrstva (6), avšak s jiným typem nebo jiným obsahem anorganického plniva, případně ze směsi na bázi odlišných kompozic jako další vrstva (6) a s jiným typem nebo jiným obsahem anorganického plniva. Část výplňové hmoty (3) je možno umístit do drážky (2) před vložením vodiče (4) a vodič (4) do ní zatlačit, nebo ji nechat zatvrdnout, vložit vodič (4), a poté drážku (2) s vodičem (4) zaplnit výplňovou hmotou (3). cze
