Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is disclosed a process for preparing a pentapeptide of the general formula I wherein A represents OH or NRe1Re2, wherein Re1 and Re2 represent each, independently of one another, hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, phenyl which can carry up to three substituents being selected from the group comprising alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, CFi3, NOi2 and halogen, or benzyl which is unsubstituted or carries up to three substituents being selected from the group comprising alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, CFi3, NOi2 and halogen Re3, Re4 and Re5 represent each ethyl, isopropyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl or 1-methylpropyl, wherein said process employs as the starting material prolinamide of the general formula II and the obtained peptide the group -NRi1Ri2, where the individual symbols are as specified above, can be optionally cleaved by hydrolysis. eng
Anotace, referát	Způsob přípravy derivátu pentapeptidu obecného vzorce I, kde znamená A OH nebo NR.sup.1.n.R.sup.2.n., kde znamená na sobě nezávisle R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.2.n. H, C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, fenyl s až 3 substituenty ze souboru C.sub.1-6.n.alkyl, CF.sub.3.n., NO.sub.2.n. a halogen, dále znamená benzyl s až 3 substituenty ze souboru C.sub.1-6.n.alkyl, CF.sub.3.n., NO.sub.2.n. a halogen, R.sup.3.n., R.sup.4.n. a R.sup.5 .n.ethyl, izopropyl, izobutyl, terc.-butyl nebo 1-methylpropyl, při kterém se vychází z prolinamidu obecného vzorce II a ze získaného peptidu se popřípadě skupina -NR.sub.1.n.R.sub.2.n., kde jednotlivé symboly mají shora uvedený význam, hydrolyticky odštěpuje. cze
