Anotace, referát	Diagnostický testovací nosič ke stanovení analytu z plné krve pomocí reakčního systému obsaženého v testovacím nosiči, který zahrnuje reakční činidlo vytvářející barvu, s testovacím polem, které má stranu (12) nanášení vzorku a průkaznou stranu (6), na které dojde vlivem reakce analytu se systémem reakčních činidel k opticky prokazatelné změně a testovací pole je vytvořeno tak, že erythrocyty, obsažené v krvi, se nedostanou na průkaznou stranu (6), přičemž testovací pole (1) zahrnuje transparentní fólii (2), první vrstvu (3) a druhou vrstvu (4) na ní ležící, přičemž první vrstva (3), nacházející se na transparentní fólii (2), rozptyluje ve vlhkém stavu světlo podstatně méně než nad ní ležící druhá vrstva (4), přičemž vnější strana transparentní fólie (2) je průkaznou stranou (6), vnější strana druhé vrstvy (4) je stranou (12) nanášení vzorku a první vrstva (3) obsahuje plnidlo, jehož index lomu je blízký indexu lomu vody a druhá vrstva (4) obsahuje pigment s indexem lomu nejméně 2,5 v koncentraci alespoň hmotnostně 25 %, vztaženo k vysušené dvojité vrstvě. Způsob spočívá v tom, že se krev přivádí na stranu nanášení vzorku testovacího pole a průkazná strana se pozoruje na zabarvení, přičemž intenzita zabarvení je mírou množství analytu ve vzorku. cze
Anotace, referát	The present invention relates to a diagnostic test carrier for the determination of an analyte from whole blood with the aid of a reagent system contained in the test carrier, which includes a color forming reagent with a test field (1) having a sample application side (12) onto which the blood sample is applied and a detection side (6) on which an optically detectable change takes place as a result of the reaction of analyte with the reagent system and the test field is constructed in such a way that erythrocytes present in blood do not reach the detection side (6). The invention is characterized in that the test field (1) comprises a transparent foil (2) onto which a first layer (3) and a second film layer (4) are applied on top of one another and wherein the first layer (3) located on the transparent foil (2) scatters light considerably less in a wet state than the overlying second layer (4) and wherein the side of the transparent foil (2) on which the first layer (3) is applied that is opposite to the transparent foil (2) side is the detection side (6) and the side of the second layer (4), which is opposite to the side with which the second layer (4) rests on the first one (3) is the sample application side (12). The first film layer (3) contains a filling agent the refractive index of which is about the refractive index of water and the second film layer (4) contains a pigment with a refractive index of at least 2.5 and with concentration of at least 25 percent based on the dried double layer.
