Anotace, referát	Benzyl(iden)laktamové deriváty obecného vzorce I, kde R.sup.1.n. představuje skupinu obecného vzorce G.sup.1.n., G.sup.2.n., G.sup.3.n., G.sup.4.n. nebo G.sup.5.n., R.sup.2.n. je H, alkyl, případně substituovaný fenyl nebo naftyl, R.sup.3.n. je (CH.sub.2.n.).sub.m.n.B, kde m je 0, 1, 2 nebo 3 a B je H, fenyl, naftyl nebo pěti- nebo šestičlenný heteroaryl obsahující 1 až 4 kruhové heteroatomy, kde každý z arylů a heteroarylů je popřípadě substituován; Z je CR.sup.4.n.R.sup.5.n., kde R.sup.4.n. a R.sup.5.n. je každý H, alkyl nebo trifluormethyl; nebo Z je jeden z arylů nebo heteroarylů uvedených v definici B, X je H, halogen, kyano, alkyl, hydroxy, trifluormethyl, alkoxy -SO.sub.g.n.-alkyl, kde g je 0, 1 nebo 2, CO.sub.2.n.R.sup.10.n. nebo CONR.sup.11.n.R.sup.12.n.; n je 1, 2, 3 nebo 4; přičemž když Z je heteroaryl, n musí být 1; a jejich farmaceuticky vhodné soli. Tyto sloučeniny jsou selektivními antagonisty nebo agonisty receptorů 5-HT.sub.1A.n. a/nebo 5-HT.sub.1D.n., a jsou užitečné jako psychoterapeutika. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there are disclosed benzyl(idene)lactam derivatives of the general formula I wherein Re1 represents a group of the general formulae Ge1, Ge2, Ge3, Ge4 or Ge5, Re2 denotes hydrogen, alkyl, an optionally substituted phenyl or naphthyl, Re3 represents (CHi2)imB wherein m is 0, 1, 2 or 3 and B denotes hydrogen, phenyl, naphthyl or a five- or six-membered heteroaryl containing from one to four hetero atoms in the ring, and wherein each of the foregoing aryl and heteroaryl groups may optionally be substituted; Z is CRe4Re5, wherein Re4 and Re5 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl or trifluoromethyl; or Z may be one of the aryl or heteroaryl groups referred to in the definition of B above; X denotes hydrogen, a halogen, cyano, alkyl, hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, alkoxy, -SOig-alkyl, wherein g is zero one or two, CO2Re10 or CONRe11Re12; n is one, two, three or four; with the proviso that n must be one when Z is a heteroaryl group; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
