Anotace, referát	Diagnostický zkušební nosič (1) obsahuje nosičovou vrstvu (2) a na ní umístěnou detekční vrstvu (3), obsahující reagencie potřebné ke stanovení analytu v kapalném vzorku a síťovinu (4), která je větší než detekční vrstva (3) a překrývá detekční vrstvu (3), a je upevněna na nosičovou vrstvu (2), přičemž síťovina (4) je hydrofilní, ale sama není kapilárně aktivní, a inertní kryt (5) z materiálu propustného pro vzorek je uspořádán nad oblastmi (6) rozprostírajícími se nad detekční vrstvou tak, že místo nanesení vzorku (7) zůstává v oblasti detekční vrstvu překrývající síťoviny (4) volné a síťovina (4) mezi krytem (5) a detekční vrstvou (3), jakož i mezi krytem (5) a nosičovou vrstvou (2), popřípadě mezi krytem (5) a rozpěrkou (10) na nosičové vrstvě (2) vytváří kapilárně aktivní štěrbinu. Způsob stanovení analytu spočívá v tom, že se kapalina vzorku nanáší na místo pro nanesení vzorku, přebytečná kapalina se odvádí do oblasti síťoviny, přesahující detekční vrstvu a na detekční vrstvě se pozoruje tvorba signálu, která je mírou přítomnosti a/nebo množství analytu v kapalném vzorku. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is disclosed a diagnostic test carrier (1) containing a supporting layer (2) with a detection layer (3) arranged thereon containing the reagents required to determine analyte in a liquid sample, and a network (4) covering the detection layer (3) which is larger than the detection layer (3) and which is attached to the supporting layer (2), whereby the invention is characterized in that the network (4) is hydrophilic but not capillary active on its own. An inert cover (5) made of sample-impermeable material is arranged over the areas (6) of the network that extend beyond the detection layer in such a way that a sample application site (7) remains free on the region of the network (4) covering the detection layer, whereby the network (4) defines a capillary gap between the cover (5) and the at least one detection layer (3), as well as between the cover (5) and the supporting layer (2), optionally between the cover (5) and a spacer (10) disposed on the supporting layer (2).
