Anotace, referát	Acylaminoalkenylenamidový derivát obecného vzorce I, kde R je fenyl, který je nesubstituovaný nebo substituovaný 1, 2 nebo 3 substituenty vybranými ze skupiny, kterou tvoří halogen, C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, trifluormethyl, hydroxyl a C.sub.1-7.n.alkoxyl, R.sub.1.n. je vodík nebo C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, R.sub.2.n. je vodík, C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl nebo fenyl, který je nesubstituovaný nebo je substituovaný 1, 2 nebo 3 substituenty vybranými ze skupiny, kterou tvoří halogen, C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, trifluormethyl, hydroxyl a C.sub.1-7.n.alkoxyl, R.sub.3.n. je fenyl, který je nesubstituovaný nebo substituovaný 1, 2 nebo 3 substituenty vybranými ze skupiny, kterou tvoří halogen, C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, trifluormethyl, hydroxyl a C.sub.1-7.n.alkoxyl; nebo naftyl, 1H-indol-3-yl nebo 1-C.sub.1-7.n.alkylindol-3-yl, R.sub.4.n.' a R.sub.4.n.'' jsou nezávisle na sobě vodík nebo C.sub.1-7.n.alkyl, nejméně jeden ze zbytků R.sub.4.n.' a R.sub.4.n.'' je vodík, a R.sub.5.n. je C.sub.3-6.n.cykloalkyl, D-azacykloheptan-2-on-3-yl nebo L-azacykloheptan-2-on-3-yl; nebo jeho soli, způsob jeho přípravy a farmaceutické prostředky, které je obsahují. Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is disclosed acylaminoalkenyl amide derivative of the general formula I, in which R represents phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents being selected from the group consisting of a halogen, alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl and alkoxyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, Ri1 denotes hydrogen alkyl having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, Ri2 represents hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms or phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents being selected from the group consisting of a halogen, alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl and alkoxyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, Ri3 denotes phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents being selected from the group consisting of a halogen, alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl and alkoxyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms; or naphthyl, 1H-indol-3-yl or 1-alkylindol-3-yl having 1 to 7 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, Ri4' and Ri4'' represent independently on each other hydrogen or alkyl containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms, at least one of the radicals Ri4' and Ri4'' is hydrogen, and Ri5 denotes cycloalkyl containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms, D-azacycloheptan-2-on-3-yl or L-azacycloheptan-2-on-3-yl; or salts thereof, process for its preparation and pharmaceutical compositions in which the derivative is comprised .
