Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is described a powder for use in a dry powder inhaler includes active particles and carrier particles for carrying the active particles. The powder further includes additive material on the surfaces of the carrier particles wherein the additive material includes one or more compounds selected from amino acids and derivatives thereof, and peptides and polypeptides having a molecular weight from 250 to 1000000, and derivatives thereof. Described is also a method of producing the above-described particles, the method including the step of mixing carrier particles of a size suitable for use in dry powder inhalers with additive material which becomes attached to the surfaces of the carrier particles, and mixing the resulting particles with active particles such that active particles adhere to the surfaces of the carrier particles and/or the additive material wherein the additive material is selected from the group consisting of one or more amino acid compounds, a peptide and/or polypeptide having a molecular weight from 250 to 1000000. eng
Anotace, referát	Je popsán prášek pro použití v práškových inhalátorech, který obsahuje aktivní částice, nosné částice pro nesení aktivních částic a příměsový materiál na površích nosných částic. Příměsový materiál se zvolí ze skupiny zahrnující jednu nebo více sloučenin z aminokyseliny, peptidu a/nebo polypeptidu, přičemž molekulární hmotnosti peptidu a polypeptidu jsou v rozsahu od 250 do 1 000 000. Rovněž je popsán způsob výroby uvedeného prášku, kde se míchají nosné částice o velikosti vhodné pro použití v práškových inhalátorech s příměsovým materiálem, který se uchycuje k povrchům nosných částic, a míchají se výsledné částice s aktivními částicemi, takže aktivní částice přilnou k povrchům nosných částic a/nebo příměsového materiálu, přičemž příměsový materiál se zvolí ze skupiny zahrnující jednu nebo více sloučenin z aminokyseliny, peptidu a/nebo polypeptidu, a molekulární hmotnosti peptidu a polypeptidu jsou v rozsahu od 250 do 1 000 000. cze
