Anotace, referát	2-(3H)-Oxazolonové deriváty obecného vzorce I, ve kterém R.sup.1.n. je C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n.-alkyl nebo skupina -NR.sup.4.n.R.sup.5.n., kde R.sup.4.n. a R.sup.5.n. navzájem nezávisle jsou atom vodíku nebo C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n.-alkyl nebo benzylová skupina; R.sup.2.n. je naftyl, tetrahydronaftyl, nesubstituovaný fenyl nebo fenylová skupina substituovaná 1 až 3 atomy halogenu nebo skupinami C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n.-alkyl, hydroxy, C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n.-alkoxy nebo trifluormethylem; a R.sup.3.n. je atom vodíku nebo C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n.-alkyl. Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there are disclosed 2-(3H)-oxazolone derivatives of the general formula I, in which Re1 represents alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or the group -NRe4Re5, wherein Re4 and Re5 denote independently on each other a hydrogen atom or alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a benzyl group; Re2 represents naphthyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, unsubstituted phenyl or a phenyl group being substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms or with an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a trifluoromethyl group; and Re3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Disclosed is also a process for preparing a pharmaceutical composition and use of the compounds for the treatment of pain, fever or inflammation, further for inhibition of prostanoid-induced smooth muscle contraction or for the prevention of colorectal cancer. eng
