(R.sub.11.n.), přičemž každý R.sub.10.n. a R.sub.11.n. je nezávisle H nebo (C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl; R.sub.2.n. je thio(C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl; každý R.sub.3.n. a R.sub.5.n. je nezávisle CH.sub.2.n. nebo C(O); R.sub.4.n. je substituovaný nebo nesubstituovaný thio(C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl, přičemž substituent je vázán k thioskupině a znamená skupinu CH.sub.2.n.NHC(O)R.sub.13.n., kde R.sub.13.n. je (C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl, nebo monocyklický, bicyklický nebo tricyklický karbocyklický systém s až 7 členy v každém kruhu, kde alespoň jeden kruh je aromatický, nebo (C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl substituovaný monocyklickým, bicyklickým nebo tricyklickým karbocyklickým systémem s až 7 členy v každém kruhu, kde alespoň jeden kruh je aromatický; R.sub.6.n. je zbytek 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisochinolin-3-karboxylové kyseliny; R.sub.7.n. je zbytek přírodní nebo syntetické .alfa.-aminokyseliny; R.sub.8.n. je OH nebo (C.sub.1-6.n.)alkoxyskupina nebo společně s R.sub.7.n. tvoří homoserinlakton; s výhradou, že když R.sub.4.n. je nesubstituovaný thio(C.sub.1-6.n.)alkyl, pak volná thioskupina substituentu R.sub.2.n. a volná thioskupina substituentu R.sub.4.n. mohou tvořit disulfidovou vazbu; nebo jeho farmaceuticky přijatelná sůl, a farmaceutický prostředek s jeho obsahem pro léčbu nádorů nebo restenózy. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is disclosed a prenyl transferase inhibitor of the general formula I, in which Ri1 represents N(Ri10) (Ri11), whereby each Ri10 and Ri11 represents independently on each other hydrogen or alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms; Ri2 represents thioalkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety; each Ri3 and Ri5 represents independently on each other CHi2 or C(O); Ri4 denotes a substituted or unsubstituted thioalkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, whereby the substituent is bound to the thio group and is represented by the group CHi2NHC(O)Ri13, wherein Ri13 represents alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a monocyclic, bicyclic or tricyclic carbocyclic system having up to 7 members in each ring, whereby at least one ring being aromatic, or alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms being substituted with a monocyclic, bicyclic or tricyclic carbocyclic system having up to 7 members in each ring, whereby at least one ring being aromatic; Ri6 represents the radical 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisochinoline-3-carboxylic acid; Ri7 denotes a radical of natural or synthetic {alpha}-amino acid; Ri8 represents OH or alkoxy group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or together with Ri7, forms homoserinelactone; provided that if Ri4 is unsubstituted thioalkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, the free thio group of Ri2 and free thio group of Ri4 can form a disulfide bond; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and pharmaceutical composition in which the above-described inhibitor is comprised and which is intended for treating tumors or restenosis. eng
