Anotace, referát	Dopřádací rotor (1) má rotorovou misku (2), jejíž vnitřní plocha má niklovou disperzní vrstvu (6) se stejnou tloušťkou, přičemž koncentrace zrn (7) z tvrdé látky ve struktuře niklové disperzní vrstvy (6) je na vodicí ploše (9) vlákna nižší než v rotorovém žlábku (10), přičemž v oblasti plochy (8) dna, jakož i v oblasti vodicí plochy (9) vlákna je tato koncentrace směrem k povrchu redukována. Způsob spočívá v tom, že se v poslední fázi potahování sníží koncentrace zrn (7) z tvrdé látky v niklové disperzi (13) a dopřádací rotor (1) se otáčí v niklové disperzi (13) se sníženou koncentrací zrn (7) z tvrdé látky. Během pohybu dopřádacího rotoru (1) v niklové disperzi (13) se dopřádací rotor (1) udržuje ve stejné poloze, ve které rovina proložená rotorovým žlábkem (10) směřuje kolmo k povrchu niklové disperze (13), a otáčí se kolem své podélné osy. cze
Anotace, referát	In the present invention, there is disclosed a spinning rotor (1) with a spinning cup (2) having an interior spinning area that includes a coating having an essentially uniform thickness comprising a nickel dispersion layer (6) with grains of a hard material embedded therein, wherein the concentration of the hard material grains at the surface of the coating in the area of a rotor groove (10) is greater than at the surface of the coating in the area of the fiber slide face (9) and the bottom surface (8), and the concentration of the hard material grains across the thickness of the coating outside of the rotor groove (10) decreases progressively in the direction toward the surface of the coating. The coating is produced by bathing the spinning rotor (1) in a nickel dispersion bath (13) during the final stage of which the concentration of the hard material grains (7) in the bath (13) is reduced at least in the bathing area, while the spinning rotor (1) is moved in this bath (13) and rotated around its longitudinal axis while maintaining the spinning cup (2) in a spatial orientation relative to the bath wherein an imaginary plane passing through the rotor groove (10) is at least approximately perpendicular to the surface of the nickel dispersion bath (13). eng
