Anotace, referát	The present invention relates to a board (1) consisting of layer being arranged on and fixedly coupled with each other, which are represented by a core (2), a surface area (3) that is provided with downward directing flanges covering the core (2) lateral faces and that is attached to the core (2) upper side, and a lower reinforcing (5), that is attached to the core (2) bottom side. An upper reinforcement (4) is attached below the surface area (3) to the core (2) upper side and lateral reinforcements (6) are attached below the surface area (3) flanges to the core (2) lateral faces. The core (2) is made of non-metallic material such as wood, plastics or concrete. The surface area (3), the upper reinforcement (4), the lower reinforcement (5) and lateral reinforcements (6) are made of metal. In the board (1), there is arranged a system of vertical through-holes (8) and horizontal blind or through-holes (9), wherein metal bushings (7) for catching expanding sections of clamping fixtures (19, 20) are fastened in these holes. A lover cover (12) of an exhausting device is attached to a screen (11) that is in turn attached to the lower reinforcement (5).
