Anotace, referát	A joint implant, in particular a revision joint implant for performing reoperations and replacing failing primary total replacements of hip or shoulder joints, consists of the anchoring shaft (1) with the conical neck (2) for attaching the joint head (6), movably located in the implanted acetabulum (7), while the outer surface of the transition part between the anchoring shaft (1) and the conical neck (2) is provided with the protective porous surface layer (4) formed by plasma titanium spraying and/or hydroxyapatite and adapted to prevent the ingress of wear particles, generated the by relative movement between the joint head (6) and the acetabulum (7), into the surrounding tissue. The outer surface of the anchoring shaft (1) is then, in the length of l.sub.1.n., in the range of 2/5 to 4/5 of the total length l of the bone shaft (1) in the direction of the protective surface layer (4), provided with the integration surface layer (5), made directly in the form of a base material of the anchoring shaft (1) of the extending nanotubes and adapted for integration and secondary fixation of the anchoring shaft (1) into the bone tissue. cze
